A. All prices listed are wholesale. We don't sell goods in individual sales.
B. All prices subject to change without noice.
C. Reorders on past due accounts will not ship until account is paid in
full.(Including finance charges).
D. Finance Charges of 1.5% will start the day following invoice due date.
E. All orders are F.O.B. Fort Worth.
F. All minimums are per color and/or size(solid pack). Mixing colors to meet
minimums need to be authorized by Glitzhome.
II.Orders
A. Opening order is $300.00 minimum. Re-orders no minimum.
B. If you have ordered from us before, including you or account number will expedite
your order.
C. Specify required ship date and cancellation date.
III. Terms
A. Credit Card- we accept MASTER CARD, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
B. NET 30 - with approved credit after 5 orders completed.
C. New Customer - credit work may take thirty(30)days, so you may prefer your first
order to be credit card or prepaid by check.
D. We will not offer a call prior to shipping.
E. All orders will be subject to shipping charges.
F. All products are for decorative use only unless otherwise noted. Some
ornaments pictured are shown with ribbon for decorative purposes, and the ribbon is
not included. Our products are made and colored by hand, therefore, there will be
some variations in colors, shape and size. Measurements shown in this catalog are
taken from the longest lengths of the items:height(top to bottom) x length(side to
side) x width(front to back).
IV. Shortages and Damages
A. All claims for discrepancies and/or damages must be reported within seven(7)
days of receipt of shipment to our Customer Service Department.
B. Original box, packaging material and tracking labels must be saved in case of
inspection by carrier.
C. You may be required to return damaged and or defective items. This is
necessary so that we can control and evaluate our product quality and packaging.
V. Returns
A. All returns or refusals will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight
charge. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All merchandise
must be returned in original cartons.
